This product is designed for customers who have already purchased portrait-based products such as Portrait, Phone case, Bag, Cushion, Keyring or Clip.

If you wish to use the same portrait to create a new customized product, you'll only need to pay the handling fee. It doesn't matter how many pets you want to have in the new product.

🐾 Same value or lesser value items applicable if returned/exchanged product is discontinued.

How it works

Within 3 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your phone case(s), simply contact us with a description summarising the issue and a photo/video clearly showing the defect, once confirmed, we will arrange to send a new one of the same product to you during the warranty period, you only need to pay for the shipping fee for the new product(s).
If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) other than Pet Art Space-branded products are covered by our warranty. Pet Art Space reserves the right on the final decisions.
The warranty can only be claimed by the account user of the order placed.

Custom Phone Case, Cushion generally takes 7-10 days to be created and mailed out within 1 to 3 days.

Custom Bag generally takes 10-15 days to be created and mailed out within 1 to 3 days.

Free Shipping to USA, UK, JP for order above 450HKD/ 56USD.

Refund

Custom products are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

However, we understand that there may be rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund may be necessary. In these cases, we ask that you carefully review our Refund Policy and contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. We will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution.
