Customization Process

Step 1Β Place your order.
  • Select one design.
  • Upload an image of your pet.
  • Enter the text you wish to have printed.
Step 2 Sit back and wait 3-5 days to receive the preview.

Our illustrator will draw a digital portrait for your pet with the selected design. The preview will be sent to you via WhatsApp (preferred) or Email.

Step 3 Wait for the product to arrive.

Once the preview is approved, we will produce the phone case and ship it to you!

How it works

Within 3 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your phone case(s), simply contact us with a description summarising the issue and a photo/video clearly showing the defect, once confirmed, we will arrange to send a new one of the same product to you during the warranty period, you only need to pay for the shipping fee for the new product(s).
If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) other than Pet Art Space-branded products are covered by our warranty. Pet Art Space reserves the right on the final decisions.
The warranty can only be claimed by the account user of the order placed.

Here are tips to ensure the life and longevity of phone case products

Clean with a damp cloth:Β Clean the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth that's been soaked in soap and water.

Don't:

Do not clean with an alcohol wipe. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
Stay away from bleach: Do not use bleach products or similar chemicals to clean the case.

Can I see my artwork before it gets printed?

Yes! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can then request edits. We produce once you're happy with your pet art.

Can I print more than one pet on one picture?

Most of our products support multi-pets, if you don't see the option, please contact support.

What if I don't like my artwork?

if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We produce once you're happy with your order.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.

Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

If you want to double check the photo quality before placing the order, please contact us and send the photos for suggestions.

Can I change a color of the product?

Most of the cases, we can change the product color per your request, (e.g. change the silk pearl bag from black to white).
