Pet Art Space is dedicated to offering you a pleasant and convenient online shopping and delivery experience. Simply select your desired product(s) and tell us the shipping destination — we’ll take care of the rest.
Processing Time
• In-stock items will be dispatched within 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
• Pre-order and customised items require additional production time and will be dispatched in approximately 2–3 weeks after the order is confirmed.
Please note that orders containing both in-stock and pre-order or customised items may be shipped together once all items are ready. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details, where available.
The delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier service. Please note that the processing time above does not include the delivery time in transit.
Important Notes
Processing times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns.
For customised products, production will begin after all required details — such as the pet name, design confirmation, or other customisation information — have been received. Customers have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) to confirm the finished product after it has been created. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, we will automatically approve and proceed with dispatch.

The estimated transit time is for your reference only and does not include public holidays or weekends. Actual transit time may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
• USA, UK, AUS, Europe & Asia: 4–10 working days.
• Rest of world: 10–30 working days.

• UK and Japan: US$10 standard shipping. Free shipping for orders above USD$80.
• Hong Kong: shipping rate shown at checkout. Free shipping for orders above HK$500.
• Macao: Free shipping for orders above MOP$600.
• Taiwan: Free shipping for orders above NTD$3320.
• Canada, Australia, Europe, South Korea: US$9.95.
• Rest of the world: US$17.95.
Free-shipping thresholds for Hong Kong / Macao / Taiwan follow the site announcement bar. Final shipping rates and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.

Depending on the destination’s policy, import taxes and duties may apply and may be included in the final purchase price or shown in the order statement.
