Getting the size right
Use a soft tape where their collar sits, then check you can slip two fingers underneath. If they land between two sizes, take the larger one — the drawstring at the back does the rest.

Are all Christmas styles available for pre-order?
Yes. Every style in the Christmas Collection can be pre-ordered, and a small number of pieces are ready to ship in selected sizes.
What happens if I order in stock and pre-order items together?
Your order ships together by default once everything is ready. If you would rather have the ready-stock pieces first, you can choose split shipping at checkout by paying an additional shipping fee.
How will I receive the XMAS Free Gift?
No code is needed. If your order is among the first 50 from the Christmas Collection, the XMAS Free Gift is added to your cart automatically. One gift per order. If you do not see it, all 50 gifts have been claimed.
Will these Christmas styles be available after Christmas?
They are limited edition and made for this Christmas only. Once the collection closes or stock runs out, selected styles may not return.
