How do I choose the right size?

Please measure your pet’s neck circumference and compare it with our size chart before ordering. If your pet is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. You may also visit our selected partner stores in Hong Kong or Macau to try on our sample bibs.

Can I add my pet’s name?

Name embroidery is available on selected products. Please select the customisation option and enter your pet’s name before adding the item to your cart.

How long will my order take to ship?

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 5 business days. Pre-order and personalised items usually require approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

Are the bibs suitable for both dogs and cats?

Yes. Our pet bibs are designed for both dogs and cats. Please check the size chart carefully to ensure the best fit for your pet.

How should I care for my pet bib?

For best results, gently hand wash the bib in cold water and lay it flat to dry. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and ironing directly over embroidery or decorative details.

Can I return or exchange a pet bib?

For hygiene reasons, worn pet accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
