Shipping policy
Pet Art Space is dedicated to offer you a pleasant and convenient online shopping and delivery experience. Simply select your desired product(s) and tell us the shipping destination, we’ll take care of the rest.
Our delivery service is available from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
All orders generally take 10-20 days to be created and mailed out within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) once receiving your confirmation on final customized product.
We are happy to ship to any designated location that is most convenient to you.
Please Note
* If there is an issue with your order (e.g. redraw or modifaction after confirmation), this will extend your production time.
* Our policy allows customers a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) to confirm the finished product after it has been created. If we do not receive any response from you within this time frame, we will automatically approve and proceed with express delivery.
* We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Amazon warehouse addresses, and the affiliated islands addresses of each country.
Estimated Transmit Time
The estimated transmit time is for your reference only. Not including public holiday and weekends. The actual transmit time may varies. We do not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance.
- USA, UK, AUS, Europe & Asia: 4-10 working days.
- Rest of world: 10-30 working days.
Shipping prices
- Hong Kong, USA, UK, JP: US$6.95, free shipping for a single package over HK$350/US$50.
- Canada, Australia, Europe, South Korea: US$9.95.
- Rest of the world: US$17.95.
Tax and Duties
Due to the destination's policy, import taxes and duties might be included in the final purchase price and listed in details in the order statement.
