We know pets can be playful, curious and sometimes a little rough with their accessories. The Paw-Proof Plan provides a one-time replacement purchase option if the product is damaged by your pet within 30 days of purchase.

What’s Covered: Damage caused by your pet within 30 days of purchase, including chewing, scratching, pulling or accidental damage while playing with another pet.

How It Works: 

1.Contact us within 30 days of purchase.

2.Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

3.Once approved, purchase one replacement of the same style and size at 30% of the original product price.

4.Each product is eligible for one replacement only. 

The replacement product will not be covered by the Paw-Proof Plan.

What’s Not Covered: The plan does not cover intentional or human-caused damage, including cutting, burning or alterations. It also does not cover loss, theft or damage not caused by your pet.

Shipping for the replacement product is charged separately. You may also add the replacement to another order and qualify for free shipping if the order reaches the applicable free-shipping threshold. Shipping eligibility follows our current Shipping Policy.
