How it works

Three clear steps from order to a finished, name-embroidered bib.

Step 1

Enter the name

When you place your order, enter the name you want embroidered on the bib.

We embroider the panel

We embroider the name onto the fabric panel (the cut piece) that will become part of your bib.

Step 3

Assemble & ship

We assemble the embroidered panel into the finished bib, then ship it to you.

Phone cases, cushions & more

For drawing-based customs—such as phone cases, cushions, and similar pieces—we start from your pet’s photo and confirm the portrait with you before production.

Step 1

Share a clear front photo

When you order, provide a clear front-facing photo of your pet. Prefer good lighting, a front view with nothing covering the face, and an eye-level angle.

Step 2

We draw & you confirm

We draw from your photo and send the portrait for confirmation. You may request up to 3 revisions—please keep each note clear and specific. Once you confirm, we move to production.

Step 3

Produce & ship

After confirmation, we produce your piece and ship it to you.

Timing

What to expect

In-stock items are generally dispatched within about 5 working days after order confirmation.

Customised and pre-order items typically take about 2–3 weeks after confirmation before they are ready to ship.

Production for customised products starts after we receive the required details (such as the pet name). Customers usually have up to 72 hours to confirm the finished piece once it is ready—please see our Shipping policy for the full wording.
