Customization Process

1. Choose mould for your furry friend


We have a wide range of moulds. If you can't find a suitable mould in the customization system, please contact us.

We use the  GEMMA plaster imported from Korea to create the mould, learn more about the  GEMMA plaster HERE.

*We offer hand-drawn customization based on mould varieties. The plumpness or thinness of the product cannot be fully controlled, but we will try our best to make minor adjustments based on the reference image provided. If your product is more unique compared to general varieties, please contact us.

2. Upload photos of your furry friend

The artist will color the mould based on the photos provided. 
Please provide the following clear, unfiltered pictures of your pet:
  1. Front-facing photos (*required)
  2. Left-side photos
  3. Right-side photos
  4. Chin photos
  5. Back-of-the-head photos
*If you only provide front-facing photos, the left, right, chin and back-of-the-head portions will be painted according to the corresponding breed by default. No modifications will be available for the left, right, chin, and back-of-the-head portions.

3. Free accessories

We offer two accessories to enhance the usage of our aroma stone products.

1. Clip

It can be used to fix the aroma stone onto the air conditioning vent of your car, allowing the fragrance to be dispersed more evenly throughout the vehicle.

It can be used for most of the cars, For Tesla, you need an additional adapter.

2. Magnetic Stand

The aroma stone can be attached to the magnetic stand and be placed to anywhere as a craft. 

Both of these accessories are designed to provide more versatility and convenience for the use of our aroma stones.

4. Illustration

If the uploaded pictures are not clear enough or lack details, we will contact you for confirmation.

The illustration process will take around 10-20 days.

 

The acrylic paint we use is a special paint for gypsum aroma stone launched by the American company DecoArt. It is safe, non-toxic, has a rich color palette, and gives a more textured finish compared to ordinary paints. Learn more about the paint we used HERE. 

5. Finalization and Delivery

Once the painting is done, a photo of the finished product will be sent to you for confirmation. 

If there are any issues or changes that need to be made, feel free to let us know, we will address them.

Our policy allows customers a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) to confirm the finished product.

Once you confirms that the product is satisfactory, we will ship it you!
